By accessing the Infoolink platform and deploying digital content to our edge network, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our hosting services.

Acceptable Use & Hosting Restrictions

Infoolink provides high-performance infrastructure for developers and creators. Under the use of this service, you may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any platform infrastructure, API, or software provided by Infoolink;
  • Host, deploy, or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious scripts;
  • Deploy phishing websites, scam pages, or credential-harvesting endpoints;
  • Submit or upload any illicit content, non-consensual explicit material, or content that violates intellectual property laws;
  • Utilize our global edge network to initiate DDoS attacks, spam campaigns, or network abuse;
  • Bypass bandwidth limits or attempt to exploit our Free Tier offerings.

Breaking these rules or doing anything else that we deem unfit for our network will result in immediate termination of your projects. We hold the right to block access, remove hosted content, revoke custom subdomains, or delete accounts, for any reason whatsoever.

Disclaimer

All the materials and hosting services on Infoolink are provided “as is”. We make no warranties, may it be expressed or implied, beyond our standard Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We do not make any representations concerning the absolute reliability of uninterrupted service, though we strive for 99.99% uptime.

Limitations

Infoolink or our suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages (including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption) that arise from the use or inability to use our platform, even if Infoolink has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

Service Modifications

We may change the features, pricing, or technical specifications of the Infoolink platform at any time. While we strive to provide advance notice for deprecating older frameworks or routing rules, we do not make any commitment to support legacy deployments indefinitely.

Governing Law

Any claim related to Infoolink shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regards to its conflict of law provisions.

The Terms of Service for Infoolink may be updated at any time. Updates to these terms will be posted to this page. By continuing to host your projects on our network, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions.
